A) The company with the name “ADELE BEACH AETE”, which is based in Adelianos Kampos, Rethymno, Crete, informs you that, for the purposes of the service contract, and specifically for the exercise of its business activities, (ie, booking a room , provision of catering services, etc.), and its compliance with its legal obligations, processes the following detailed personal data of yours, in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and all relevant legislation. Therefore, the processing of your data is aimed at your service during your stay / hospitality in the Hotel “ADELE BEACH HOTEL” as well as for the pricing and evaluation of our services by you.
B) By accepting the terms I declare that I have been informed about the collection and processing of my data mentioned below:
· For the provision of the agreed services by the Hotel (and its facilities, such as the restaurant, etc.) are collected during my stay at the hotel:
i. Identity data: name, date of birth, nationality
ii. Information / data related to my stay: room number / length of stay / information on consumption of goods and / or services / special diets / information on departure
iii. Payment Method / Data: EC-cards, credit cards, debit cards
· For my best service and in order to be provided with a more personalized stay, I was informed that the following information will be collected (select):
i. Facts / data related to my preferences / desires: particular food desires
ii. Image data: photos / video downloads
iii. Contact information: Home address (postal address) – email address – mobile phone number
In addition, all personal data (name, email, mobile / landline, credit card number, preferences in relation to your stay at the hotel, such as room preferences, eating habits and preferences, status required by the special layout of your room, etc.) and which you provide to us and / or transmitted to the hotel by online booking engines and travel agencies, in order to enjoy the services of our hotel, will be processed only to provide better service to you as well as to improve our services. Therefore, the collection and processing of personal data concerning you is absolutely necessary for the purposes of fulfilling this contract, which concerns the provision of services of our company to you and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 6 par. 1 lit. β΄ of the GDPR legislation. The company transmits personal data to other natural or legal persons to third parties, to whom our company entrusts the processing of personal data on its behalf. In these cases, our hotel remains responsible for the processing of your personal data and defines the individual details of the processing, and signs a special contract with the persons, who are assigned to perform processing activities, in order to ensure that the processing is carried out in accordance the current legal framework and that every natural person can freely and unhindered exercise the rights conferred on him by the legal framework.
Our hotel may transmit certain personal data to third parties including credit institutions, tax authorities, accounting firms, travel agents, suppliers, partner private insurance companies, lawyers, healthcare providers, various service providers, etc. required to meet its regulatory and legal obligations.
Our hotel has taken all the necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.
We inform you that in the premises of the Hotel is installed and operates a closed circuit of visual recording (CCTV) for security reasons and protection of persons, equipment, facilities and goods.
Moreover, the personal data related to the above purposes will be kept for the necessary period of time to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the following rights to the personal data held by the company: right of information, right of access, right of correction, right of deletion, right of restriction of processing, right of data in the automated decision making and in the compilation of profiles and the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

CONSENT STATEMENT
I also declare my consent that my data will be retained after my departure for:
i. my best service on my next / future booking / stay at the hotel

SPECIAL COVID 19 GDPR INFORMATION
We would like to inform you that our hotel keeps records of guests’ personal data (name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details address, phone, e-mail) for public health protection reasons as well as for contact tracing.
The collection and the further processing of this personal data, for purposes other than providing you with accommodation service and any hotel promotion, takes place for prevention purposes against the spread of the COVID-19 and is based on the legal hotel right to protect the health of the staff, guests and other work partners in conjunction with the adherence to Hygiene Protocols and COVID-19 case management for Tourist Enterprises released by Tourism Ministry.
